Box Office Policy

Exchanges:
 There are NO REFUNDS or EXCHANGES for non-season subscriber tickets.

Season Subscribers: We will gladly exchange subscription tickets to a different performance of the same play. To exchange call the box office for new tickets, which can be picked up the day of the show at the Will Call window. 

Seating:
 All performances start promptly and are assigned seating. Late seating is not guaranteed, and late patrons will only be able to enter from the back of the theatre. 

Parking: 
Parking can be very limited. Please arrive early. Parking is available behind the T. T. Wentworth Museum, around Ferdinand Plaza, on Jefferson Street south of Main Street, and other various locations around the Cultural Center. 

Handling Fees: A $1 handling fee is assessed on every ticket printed. Additional fees may apply on tickets for Pensacola Cultural Center events not produced by Pensacola Little Theatre.

Disability Accommodations:
 The Pensacola Cultural Center is committed to providing access, equal opportunity and reasonable accommodation in its services, programs, activities, education and employment for individuals with disabilities. Our theatre is fully accessible for wheelchair patrons.
 Please notify the Box Office when booking your tickets. 
 

Pensacola Little Theatre is pleased to offer hearing assisted devices to patrons with hearing loss. Devices are available at the Box Office prior to each performance in the Mainstage Theatre. To request disability accommodations, contact the PLT Box Office at least 10 days in advance at 850-432-2042. 

Theatre Policy

Admission:
 The theater is open for seating thirty (30) minutes prior to showtime. Latecomers will be seated at the discretion of the house only at appropriate intervals. 

Electronic Devices:
 Recording devices, cameras, cellular phones & voice pagers are restricted from theater seating areas. Please turn all cellular phones and pagers to their silent option or leave them with the house manager with your seat number if you are expecting a call or need to be reached. 

Concessions:
 Concessions are located for sale in the Atrium. No food or drink is allowed in the theater. 

Intermissions:
 A 15-minute intermission is normally scheduled between acts, unless otherwise noted in the program.

Smoking:
 In accordance with the Florida Clean Air Act, Section 386.201 of the Florida Statutes, the Pensacola Cultural Center is a non-smoking facility. Smoking, however, is permitted outside the building in various public areas. 

Disruptive Patrons: 
PLT reserves the right to ask patrons who are intoxicated, unruly or otherwise disruptive to leave the premises with no refund on their ticket purchase.
